We love our Maccaron community! Maccaron has offered free skincare products to our users! 

Maccaron Experience

We launch new Maccaron Experiences with different brands. The goal is to make our users try various products in exchange for giving authentic and honest reviews! 
So far, we’ve had Maccaron Experience with brands, including leading brands such as COSRX, Keep Cool, Innisfree, and Dear, Klairs. We post new & upcoming Maccaron Experience directly on our App, but not on Instagram. (@Maccaron_beauty). 
 

The Process

MACCARON EXPERIENCE

We post Maccaron Experience on our Maccaron app. Keep those Maccaron points ready because you need them to redeem.

 

REDEMPTION

Compared to Giveaways, there is a significantly greater chance of winning a Maccaron Experience. There is no guarantee to win, but due to the limited number of eligible users, many users will win the Maccaron Experience, especially if they have historically followed the review rules of posting on Maccaron and on Instagram. 
If you did not win, our Maccaron team may refund the points you used.

ANNOUNCEMENT

All shipping updates will be provided to you through SMS, so make sure to keep SMS notifications checked.

SHIPPING

After confirmation is complete, shipping is the next step. We will update you with the tracking code. All delivery fees already are paid by Maccaron. You just enjoy it!

MISSION

Writing reviews is a must. We provide deadline for when we expect reviews to be finished, but don’t worry we will also send a follow up SMS text 3days ahead of time to remind you. 
We want quality reviews, to see what that entails click here for Reviewer Rules and Guidelines.
Failing to write a review before the deadline (delays with shipping issues are exempt) can result in being blacklisted for the next or future events. So mark your calendar and check your inbox!
 

HOW TO APPLY 

Step 1. Maccaron App ➡️ Experience
Step 2. Click the event you want to participate in.
Step 3. Enter your basic informations(mobile number, SNS account, address, etc)
Step 4. Write your expectations for the products.
Step 5. Check your event agreement and your application is completed!

* You need a certain amount of points to participate in the event. Points will be refunded if not selected as a winner.
*If you are selected as a winner, we will let you know by SMS. And a message will be sent at the time the product is sent.  
 

TO WINNERS

Messages about product shipment will be sent within 2 to 3 days if you are selected as a winner.
When you receive the products, experience the product actively and post a cool review* on your SNS. After posting a review on SNS, please write reviews on Maccaron app, too.

Please write about your skin type and your skin problems.
Please write what the product was like and how the effect was.
It would be great to attach pictures. (pictures of product use, before and after shots, product photos, type, etc.)
We’ll give gifts to the reviewer who posted the best review among the winners of the event.

HOW TO SUBMIT ON MACCARON APP

Step 1.
Maccaron app ➡️ Experience ➡️ Filter By ➡️ My events
Find the event that you are selected as a winner.
(The event you won will look blue in the background, and the event you didn’t win will look pink.)
Step 2. Click ‘ENTER YOUR MISSION’ at the bottom.
Step 3. Check the information that you entered when you applied for the event. And write down your review. 
Step 4. The category you should write a review on is ‘Shopping Spree’ and include the link to the post you uploaded on SNS.
Step 5. Click Submit and it is completed!
* You may be limited from the selection of next experience groups if you don’t upload the review on Instagram. 
 

TNC

- You must upload an Instagram review post when you are selected as a winner. (Only public account is valid and the Instagram story is not valid.)
- You must have a public Instagram Account
- Winners will be selected after checking if the applicants have a history of winning last time. 
- People who have never been selected are prioritized.
- If delivery is not available because of problems(ex. lockdown, courier problem, etc.) we will try to deliver the product once more and if it is not available even at that time, winner selection may be canceled.
- Event could be changed without any notice.
- Fake profiles and users who have not completed the missions previously will be blacklisted from future events.
